Plan your next FACE LOVE: Face Designer session
Our independent guide walks through FACE LOVE’s documented systems so you can refine your workflow without hidden tricks. By focusing on Play Mode, Creative Modes, Photo Mode, Customization Tools, and Saving & Library, you’ll see how each piece fits together and how to make the most of the tools the game provides.
01 / THE GUIDE
Profile‑Driven Design
Select a Love Profile, list three personality traits, and match each trait to a specific face part before building the face. After finishing, create a second face using random parts and compare how intentional choices affect the final look.
- Read the Love Profile first to keep the personality focus clear.
- Experiment with a few part combos early to see which best matches the profile.
02 / THE GUIDE
Part‑Inventory Exploration
Browse the 200+ part gallery without opening a customer slot. Sketch a quick face using only the parts you find most appealing, then note which personality traits those parts might suggest.
- Use Creative Modes to practice part placement before tackling a profile‑driven task.
- Save interesting experiments; they appear later in the Library for easy access.

03 / THE GUIDE
Background Pairing
In Photo Mode, capture the same finished face with each available background. Record which background best amplifies the intended personality, paying attention to color harmony and mood.
- Select a background whose colors echo the personality you aimed for.
- Take several shots with different backgrounds to compare which feels most appropriate.
04 / THE GUIDE
Recolor Experiment
Take a completed face and apply different head and body recolors. Observe how each color shift changes the perceived emotion, and decide whether the original palette was optimal.
- Rename faces to keep track of different personality themes.
- Experiment with recoloring to create contrast between head, body, and parts.
05 / THE GUIDE
Library Review Cycle
Periodically open the Library, select an older face, and use the edit function to add a new part or recolor. Compare before‑and‑after screenshots to assess whether the change improves the design.
- Check the Library regularly to revisit older designs and see how your style evolves.
- Use the edit function in the Library to apply new parts or recolors to existing faces.
